Breathing clean air is a good thing.

Have you ever stood on the beach or been in the mountains and taken a deep breath? The air smells and feels so much better. Why? Clean Air.

The reason is that we surround ourselves with chemicals, particles, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), cars, pets, etc every single day and there is not much we can do to get away from them.  EPA studies show that in many cases the air inside our home or offices more polluted than the air outside.

Think about what is in your home. Do you use coal, gas, oil, wood or kerosene to heat your home? How about bleach, ammonia, laundry detergents, personal care products and air fresheners? Does anyone smoke? Are your cabinets and furniture made from particle board or other press wood products? Do you have pets, plants or lots of books? There are many sources of indoor air pollution in any home.

Now think about how much time you spend inside. Most people will spend 80% of their lives indoors. And here lies the problem. Pollutants can accumulate to levels that can pose serious health risks for certain people and make other just uncomfortable.

Most homes were not built with special mechanical systems to bring in outside air. In fact your home was designed and constructed to minimize the amount of outdoor air that can "leak" into and out of the house. The central  heating and cooling systems reticulate the air, the air that has all the stuff in it.

The majority of people don't give the air they breath a 2nd thought. Since your reading this it means you have an idea that clean air is important. Maybe you or your children suffer from allergies to dust, dust mites, pet dander, pollen or grass. Maybe you are an asthmatic and dust is your trigger. Or you have MCS and you need to get rid of the various chemicals that are making your life miserable.

If any of this sounds like you then you need a good HEPA air cleaner.

A HEPA air cleaner properly placed in your space will remove many of the toxins, pollutants that are harming you and your family. Placeing a HEPA Air cleaner in the bedroom will remove the dust, dust mite parts and animal dander from the air, allowing you to get a good nights rest. If someone smokes the HEPA air cleaner will get the smoke out. Ionizers work really well for this. Chemicals and VOCs are removed from the air by the activated carbon in the filters.

Using a quality HEPA air cleaner is good for you and your family. The best advice is do your research and find one that is right for you. Once you get your HEPA air cleaner turn it on, leave it on and enjoy clean air.

Breathing clean air is a good thing and a quality HEPA air cleaner will help you do just that.
